CoSPAL 4th Annual General Assembly Registration Form

The information provided in this registration form will be collected and processed by CoSPAL and the House of Representatives of Liberia for purposes related to the organisation and delivery of the 4th CoSPAL General Assembly. This includes participant registration, accreditation, travel and accommodation arrangements, visa facilitation, security, protocol, communication, and other official event requirements.

Your information will be handled responsibly and shared only with relevant authorised parties where necessary to facilitate these arrangements. CoSPAL will retain the information only for as long as reasonably required for these purposes and in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.

Photography, videography and other forms of media recording will take place during the 4th General Assembly for official documentation, reporting, communications and promotional purposes. Photographs and recordings may be used in CoSPAL’s and the Parliament of Liberia’s official publications, website, social media platforms, reports and other institutional materials.

By completing and submitting this registration form, I acknowledge and agree that I may be photographed or recorded during the General Assembly and that such photographs and recordings may be used by CoSPAL and the House of Representatives of Liberia for the purposes outlined above.
